We were supposed to get Q2 rankings yesterday. No surprise we didn't. I'll hold my breath to see if we actually get our bonus on the 15th. Ridiculous that we have to wait until the end of Q3 to get our Q2 money

Very true, but I feel like this is more of a Neos thing. Let's face it. We don't exactly work for a cash rich company. Shire gets Michael Phelps at their back to school meeting. We get fidget spinners. They've got us out here doing 8 lunch and learns a week for a product we are literally giving away. All the while, we are doing an early launch next week of a product we know nothing about. We may all be out of jobs before that Q2 bonus shows up
 






Haha, I thought I was the only thinking that. Does the company realize how stupid we look asking two of our most important docs if they want to be apart of an early experience program of a drug we know nothing about? Doc asked me details about Contempla and I told him grape flavored ER MPH ODT and fook if I know any other details. Looks at me and says "so you want me to use my patients as Guinea Pigs for a drug you know nothing about?"

Would have been smarter to have us all certified on Contempla before we reached out to our most important docs.

Me: negative
Doc: is it going to be a pain in the ass at pharmacies like adzenys is?

How about that conference call? I didn't learn jack shit about the product I'm out promoting. But I did learn that the idiots running the show think this is the first back to school season for Adzenys. Color me crazy, but we launched in May of 2016, no?
 






Yeah I was a little confused by that too? I would consider last year a full BTS launch because we spent the better part of May, June, and July trying to work out all the kinks with pharmacy issues and getting to know the territories. My guess is that he thinks that didn't count bc we didn't have the relationships like we do now....maybe??? And what was up with TM's enthusiasm? He sounded like someone had just killed his positive dog on that call. Come on man, FEED THAT POSITIVE DOG!!

LOL! the sad truth is that's how you really make it to Chairmen's Club. They can say all they want about messaging, storytelling, painting the picture and all that other bullshit. That works when there are only 2 or 3 other competitors max. When you are 1 of 50 other options it is all about RELATIONSHIPS. A new ADHD drug comes out every other month and we are the kings the "me too" business. I've sold in Pharma for a shitload of years and know from experience so listen up. Want to know how I did it...all you have to do is become good buddies with you A docs. Golf with them, go out to the bars with them, date them, anything to separate yourself from the shitload of options out there. Then just kiss there ass and talk about how great they are during your lunches. Forget all that selling bullshit! Then sit back and watch the scripts fly. And that it! Then you get your Chairmans Circle Award and get to go to a trip to Cancun and stay at a $100/night room, eat sub par food and get to have food poisioning!!

Only giving out my secret because I was offered a new job at another company and will be leaving as soon as my scripts start to slip. See ya laters

Don't worry about winning presidents club. Everyone knows who will win this year. Nepotism at it's finest.Best buds is your clue. It's very obvious to everyone at this company.Live in an area with an unrestricted fee for service medicaid. I've been a rep in ADHD for a lot of years and the same states do good with these products. You can't possibly compete with someone who has open access to a product- It's not an even playing field. Get this through your head.
Let me take a crazy prediction. The big guy in VA will be the biggest cotempla writer at launch and the same areas launch cotempla at the top just like adzenys. Watch!!!

Amen! Much like everything else at this company, rankings are a joke. You can not treat every territory like they are the same when some people have open access on Medicaid and some people are locked out. Definitely not an even playing field

It's $25 no matter what without PA. How hard is it to sell this me too drug with this? Seriously you need to go back to Enterprise if you can't sell this product.
