Obviously a stock market person, but he has a point. Neos is releasing another 5million shares at $5 per. Not sure how much longer they can run of $25 anything goes and still pay bonuses/salaries/etc. shorting would be a wise investment choice.

Horrible example used. Have you ever ran to a public toilet to drop a big one only to find out there is no toilet paper? Well I have and it will ruin your day.... not to mention how degrading it is to do the duck walk to the next stall. Toilet paper is as good as gold!!!
True but at least they acknowledge it now. Before they were just raving about the drug only acting like it was God's gift to ADHD patients. Lets talk about rankings for a bit though. Paid speaker scripts need to removed from the rankings. If a high up exec is reading this.....level the playing field, Neos. Take away all those paid scripts and see who the real reps are. You think those scripts are coming the rep's messaging they are telling their speaker or the cash that is going in their pockets? Tired of my RSM praising a rep for doing so well when that rep has 2 damn paid speakers in their territory and 95% of their volume coming from 2 speakers. Then the RSM has the rep lead a conference call to give us tips on how to get us to perform to that level acting as if the messaging is working for those 2 PAID speakers.

Same transparent favoritism.
Two other good reps were recruited by the RSM, also from previous contracts. They have no paid speakers and their numbers are not good. But, at least they are protected by the RSM.
My RFC gets this, but there is not much they can do. The RSM is doing everything they can to manage out some of us to lower the head-count and potentially open up space for newly designed territories.
Be on the lookout for high prescribers removed from your Neolytics. Follow your scripts carefully. Know your rights as an employee.

Yup, makes perfect sense to not consider speaker scripts when it comes to rankings but it is Neos' way of adjusting the territories and number of reps in the sales force. If you don't agree with this, then you have a speaker/s in your territory. Let's be honest, Neos hired way too many reps being well aware that they were going to weed reps and re-adjust territories. There were anywhere from 2-5 reps in some cities at one time! The fact that they aren't backfilling the positions and just merging the territories with others is all you need as proof of their plan the whole time. It is what it is but they have no regard that every rep has a family to feed and playing with people's lives.

I'm glad my turnout was a lot lower than those who confirmed. They were smart to BS me and tell me they were going. That was downright embarrassing and felt bad that my docs had to sit through that. I could see it in their faces. The speakers were talking about Adzenys as if Neos people were underneath the desk with a gun at their crotches telling them what to say. I've seen better acting from an ISIS video when they are telling hostages what to say on camera. Only people who benefited from this program were the reps that have those 3 speaking docs in their territory. If anything I may have lost scripts, docs told me they didn't like it because it wasn't genuine and obvious they were reading from a teleprompter. Let's just stick to real speakers for dinner programs and not make it mandatory to have reps do them mmmmkkkkk. Better yet, let's just do away with dinner programs. This drug is way too easy to explain and understand for Neos to be wasting money on dinner programs. You want to do a dinner program for when Cotempla launches then go for it but until then, I don't ever want to go through a webinar dinner program again.

Hahahaha! This is spot on. Hope those 3 reps that call on the speakers enjoy their bump in scripts from those docs getting paid for their oscar worthy performances. The rest of us will be out here doing damage control. Embarrassing

Don't lecture me on what a "closer" is if the only "sales" experience you have is from the Pharmaceutical industry. We all know this game is dictated on managed care and luck. Coming from B2B working 70 hours a week busting my ass to make 60K a year to now dropping off coupons to my speaker and having him make me 6 figures a year. Don't tell me I'm doing better than a low ranking rep with a shit ton of pharma experience because my messaging is better. Not taking this for granted and know I'm one of the lucky ones to have a paid speaker in my territory.
