MS is a shell of its former self. Culture and sales are pathetic.
MS is now a short term job. Maybe gets you another 12-18 months but not likely much more.
I think the MS2's will be gone by the end of the year. This idea has been a total failure.
OCREVUS is turning the lIghts out on the MS division here. The company is living a pipe dream with the goals. Nobody is making any bonus anymore. Game over.
Layoffs by the end of the year. MS2's and low volume territories will be cut first. Blame leadership for another drug that will never reach it's potential.
Anyone that does not have tenure here should be looking to get out asap. The tenured reps can at least cash in a nice package. 12 months max before the axe swings.
