More Work Than People

Anderson didn't give a rip about the field in 2010 when he was running BioOncology BU. Rest assured, he couldn't care less now. The field is a line item expenditure, as growth stagnates, he has to reduce expenses to keep Danny and Sevie happy.

Yup that's how businesses work. Everyone and everything is an expense. So are you saying Roche should not act like a business? And are those rich severance package part of their deceitfulness?

Yes, Herb was not buying the patronizing behavior and the new people in the audience, (big pharma drones), were bored or even resentful that they had to listen to a LEGEND. I knew then it was over and I'm so happy with my new company. The fake GNE culture is all that's left along with too many sociopathic liars in management. A real shame.

No, if you read what I said, it’s that people are expendable when growth stagnates. No one should expect anything more than being treated as such.

Agree - Bob and Herb had vision unlike DNA's current leadership. Mid-level management is the biggest offender.

Glad Bob and Herb are not around to see this disaster, (Bob's been finished for years - only came to NSM last year as a goodwill gesture). Yes, interviewing now and actually been offered more $ for my skills. I do thank the 'old' GNE for all I learned. It was an outstanding ride. Big pharma killed the golden goose.
