Well, One BioOncology is here and MCCO is scrambling to get their name in lights. RGMs can be valuable if they choose to be, ours is not. They are better than us. BAM roles? don't even get me started.....Never knew what they did other than stroke the mentalities of the C Suite people(at least I think so, as we never knew).
In my mind its about the customer and the patient. If you keep that perspective you own it. YOU are in front of the customer its YOUR reputation. Yes BOLD was shitty, however, these consultants are making big bucks telling GenentechRoche,....whatever, it's share of voice that drive sales....LOL People who have been here a few years knows they should have never hired soooo many reps. WE DID it ALL. Im fortunate to be here I guess, I know where the door is, but I want to see what happens here. I love this company regardless of its faults. Many displaced people are having a hard time adjusting and some are fine. Its how you see it, right? Glass half full or half empty. I will say your immediate manager makes a difference. I have had the lucky draw over a couple of years. Talk to a BMS rep, or a Merck rep..... there are many jobs out there, if you aren't happy.
