This proves to me that home office is in freak out mode and it's only been 6 months. This is going to backfire spectacularly...did you all ask any of your good eye care professionals how they feel about this? Because I'm sure they are going to LOVE having two reps calling on them, one with no eye care experience at all asking them the same shit we did months ago. Screwing up access, call continum, and relationships. Way to go Shire turning eye-care into primary care.
