I have no managed care in my territory along with limited access, docs are getting NC PAs constantly for Medicare and in my territory commercial as well bc it's not covered well by commercial here. It's frustrating and tiring and it doesn't help that many get the side effects but that'a a whole other story.

Docs believe it's a better product I've sold them on that, but no patient is going to pay out of pocket $300 a month for commercial for the full price for Medicare (with the card) I wouldn't.

NBU give me a break, you have older drugs with coverage and many won p club because of Medicaid. It's a managed care game and we all know it. So kiss my ass!

Nice 10 minute set up reading a script... we have a bunch of boring robots as leaders... go back and listen to your call... u all are awful. You better pay the varsity squad like you paid the jv team to sell this... 11:10 and they still haven't told us what is going on... just get to it. When you take 10 minutes getting to the point people aren't normally going to be happy.

Hate this plan. I was hoping that if they were going to make NBU make calls, have them do it in primary care offices that you're already in and PAY YOU FOR ANY Rxs generated. NOPE.

Now, my offices are going to have another rep coming in there with a Xiidra message????? They don't want to see me anymore than they already do. This is gonna backfire. Dear NBU reps, please just record a call as detail only and do not go in there. You better coordinate with your OBU rep before you attempt anything. We would do the same thing for you if we were asked to do this in YOUR accounts.
 












This is going to be a clusterfuck! Are you kidding me!? In offices where access is tough and limited or where OBU has a good relationship this could screw up a lot....UNBELIEVABLE! This SUCKS!

No kidding fuck this! I'm already in offices too much as it is...now they have some neuro newbie who knows NOTHING about eye-care going in there...what the fuck!?
 




































Nbu here...when exactly are we supposed to train on all of this? Since the always nimble KC was very clear our vyvsanse call expectations aren't changing. And making eye doc calls now?? If we had time to make more calls we would be already! WTF?!?!?!
