what is wrong with you people? Just go to work and stop your damn complaining. If you hate it here so bad go find another job, shouldn't be hard since everyone on here is such an asset to the company and sales would be zero if it were not for you and your awesome sales skills. AMEN! Fortunately, 99% of Shire sales force is supportive of our company and leadership! The 1% represents the poor performers.
 












We have an outstanding product, Xiidra, committed representatives,and in most cases, good RD's. The mission is simple: convert ECP's to Xiidra.
But when you have incompetent, self-centered, 1990's leadership, failure is inevitable. KK should resign. Period.

No way. Not even close. Try flipping those numbers and I still think it would be hard to find 1% of the sales force (obviously home office excluded) that are supportive of leadership. Are you not listening? We haven't been paid our bonus with no mention of when it's coming, weekly numbers come out wrong if they come out on time at all, NBU hit $2 billion with no mention of our incentive for hitting it despite having record low goal attainment numbers for 2016 when performance was through the roof. We can't carry over vacation days anymore, lost all personal days, lost 2 sick days, were told we can't take vacation for 4 months, were told we have to work the week after Christmas, had our territories completely changed where most are double to quadruple the size they were, we don't know how we're even being paid this quarter with new indexing model, now this amazing new copromote with a medication and a division we know nothing about.... I'm sure I left out many things. So what should I be happy with leadership about? That I wasn't one that unexpectantly was fired after they said no layoffs during an expansion? We'll whoopie! Lucky me.
This is the lowest I've seen morale in 8 years. Very bottom lowest. I loved this company but I don't even recognize it anymore.

Read through this entire thread this morning... there was a lot of hilarious and true stuff on here. Nothing was more funny and false than this post written by kk... don't take those surveys you send us to heart. We all say how great our leadership is on those because we know they can be tracked. Trust me the posts on here are how around 75% of the sales force is feeling. You will never here the truth at an NSM. Even I give you a hug and tell you how great you are.... then I go to a garbage can and throw up

I agree that it is somewhere in the 70-80% range that are unhappy with leadership... very easy for kk and others to get on here and say "if you aren't happy here then leave" I was here long before your group got here (fo, ps, kk, kc) and I plan on being here after you losers are kicked to the curb... why should all of us leave when just a few running the show are the problem... if they are looking for ways to motivate the sales force is have 2 ideas... 1. pay us 2. Get rid of the monkeys that call themselves our leadership team.... I have a good feeling if you do #2 then #1 will be taken care of as well...

I'm curious who the 20-30% that are happy are. Who is happy with no q4 bonus in mid March, falling goal attainment for q1 based on "ghost" indexing, training on xiidra during our personal time, than on 3/27 this lucky bunch gets to start selling this garbage for free. We also get to make more calls everyday because selling vyvanse I suppose has never been a full time job. No summer vacation? No problem!

KC is going to have a record when 465 launches... record # of open territories. No such thing as a free lunch....

Now I'm free, free fallin'........
