Message to Lynelle Hoch

This reorg was a total joke. We are all set up for another layoff in 24 months because they didn't cut deep enough. I hate to say it but they should have canned more folks because we are still tripping over one another for access and many if not most of the community reps in major metro areas saw their geographies shrink! Now everyone is fighting over who gets to keep this account or that zip code as we backstab one another....pathetic and typical BMS!

Thanks Lynelle, you empowered me. . I can't wait to find a job with the competitor! You made my decision to leave in the near future so much easier. How's that stack of resumes you have on your desk? Maybe not as quite a enchanting as you might have thought?
 




Lynelle is one of those new millennium tough chicks, kicking ass and taking names. They love her up here, not so much us regular folk, but she plays to the higher ups better than anyone. Not bad for someone who really has a weak job history.

My message to Lynelle: Hammer oncology into a productive unit, stop babying them. I'm a shareholder and sick of their whining.

I am not sure how long you have been around here but, oncology has always been productive as long as they have had products to sell. It is the nature of the business moron. It is only recently that the productivity has been in question, I believe due to he fact that the division has been imbedded with the likes from other specialities who just don't have any interest in "getting it" No selling skills, why bother just stock the shelf. No wonder oncologists run when they see the BMS reps coming...how many times can they be subjected to "hey how about that CRYSTAL data?" News flash...they don't know what the crystal data is, you actually need to talk about it. And Sprycel to rad oncs??? News flash, they don't see CML, perhaps that is why they are looking at you like you have 6 heads. But hey, you are "special" and I bet can write a helluva business plan! So after these "leaders" have wrecked the credibility of BMS in the field, maybe the executive leadership team will send in the "others" to try and clean up, that is if any of us are still left!
I too am a shareholder and I say scream louder because what I see is BMS oncology circiling the drain and someone has their hand on the plug ready to pull. The future looks bleak!

Exactly, Lynelle is only in their heads because they let her be. Go do your job and stop blaming it on leadership, BMS has had shit leadership for decades- find a more original excuse, or just do your job.

I think I go do my job. I'll start with some affiliation work. Help me out, can I use my iPad for that or does it need to be done on the Lenovo? Get back with me on that. Wow, look at this. Here are several doc that have been dead, retired or have moved that I have tagged several other times for deletion. WTF are they still here? What do i do here, in November i was told not to call on this institution any more because we have created a new position for that. I wonder why nobody told the people in Punjob or where ever this program started? Well, the heck with this nobody has an answer so I'll do the access training. Can I do that on iPad or lenovo? If the VPN is on does it screw thing up? Oh, look the training link is in a email from LH (not training) but where is the test? Oh, found it, it's in learning@bms. Remember, VPN off for the training link or is it off for learning@bms or doesn't it matter this time? Screw it, I'll do my expense report. Concursolutions --> username --> ????. My email address? Nope, that didn't work. My regular user name, that didn't work either. Mmmmm, guesses? Oh, regular username@bms....no dot com though. Password.....uh, that's not the same as other sites either. Screw it, I'll move on and do it later.

Grow up, the issues you named have been dealt with by many other sales forces within BMS. If this is the best you've got, quit because we don't want losing whiners like you on the team. Kick some ass Lynelle, this is pathetic. And onc calls themselves the best?! Yea, right.

Dealt with would indicate that these things have happened in the past but have not been fixed for the future. These are symptoms and examples
