MC is disengaged and seems to not want to connect with customers or reps! I have been on award trip with him and he struggles to connect with people....Very aloof. I can live with this disengagement if he was a strong, strategic leader but he is not. Hope he gets whacked and we get an engaged, strategic leader.

LOL. Guy is out of touch with the realities of the managed care market. Someone has his ear and is getting their agenda through. He needs to hear more ideas to get a better idea of what is needed to be effective. I'm still waiting for the culture that was supposed to be built. I feel none, except for one of negativity and disconnect. Steve is a two-faced, kiss ass. Mike is surrounded by a lot of 'yes men'. Tough to make good decisions when you're surrounded by old school 90's marketing ideas. In order to be a progressive company, you have to have progressive ideas.
Am I the only one who wonders why the incentive comp team couldn’t get a well reasoned, legitimate goals to the field for 1st Q? They seem, at least MC identified all the problems, to know what was wrong, but why so long to fix? I wonder if I use the excuse that I just didn’t finish my goals yet and I’ll get to it eventually, if I’ll get a free pass as well. MC probably spent so much time telling us the Xiidra made the numbers because he made money on it, not us reps who actually sell it.
