I'm on RD. Some tweaks are made based on feedback from us. These tweaks are limited. The tweaks have to get approved before we can roll them out. We arent holding them. Grow up.
Well my manager would never in a million years give feedback to HZ, she's scared shitless of him and is his minion parrot so she should just give them out cuz we know there's no feedback.
I'm so sick of this shit. They probably figure that with ask iiris 3.0 everything will be awesome and nobody will Rx restasis anymore... <Eye roll>
 






MC has his favorites but outside that you mean nothing to him. Another smooth talking guy who says very little thats valuable. As for B&L people, Shire gained equal parts of quality and duds from that. Shire could be great with better upper management leaders, a pipeline and a plan. Get rid of some dead wood. Too much talk about things with very little done. Committees for this and that with BS to show for it. Corporate culture?? There was more when KK was here. At least that was a culture, a shitty one but a culture. Now its just non-existent

I don’t blame reps for having such a narrow lens on the OBU inner workings. You’re pointing the finger at the wrong person. Your disdain should be focused on Perry, the architect of the obu dysfunction from the inception. From structure to personnel. Areas that don’t have quick fixes too and ultimately won’t see true change until the acquisition goes through. Similar outcomes have occurred in the NBU

Goals are a direct reflection of our forecast set by Perry and Fleming. Mike has to meet those forecast regardless of how unrealistic they are. Most reps cannot comprehend that. Talk to a NBU rep about their goals, same shit, different unit. Perry and Flem are book cookers.

Studies are created and funded by our Medical team which reports to a global head, a complete misaligned clusterfuck. With that, new studies aren’t completed overnight. Those post approval studies should of been sourced and funded before launch. Regardless, Mike has zero control over that. Are you familiar on the role of a sales VP? Our useless Managed care team reports to a separate business unit and has zero accountability to Mike or John. Things are happening to change these dynamics but it’s a process. Your post demonstrates how clueless you are. Get to know Mike and you’ll see a genuine competent leader.

He does not seek input from the field. He does not engage the sales force (ask people that worked AAO in Chicago - nobody ever saw him). He agreed to the 2018 forecast and even bragged how he and JS came up with the realistic number and were surprised FO/PS agreed to it. Keep blowing MC. I’m not!
