The issue is that AZ is forcing us to get vaccinated with something that is not FDA approved. We would get fired if we promoted off label, but yet they insist we take something that does not have full FDA approval? It is not right! We should have control of our bodies.

Whether you work in HQ or in the field, this whole subject is about protecting us while at work PERIOD. Our value is to Put Patients First and on this thread we can’t even consider our co-workers, medical practice staff, heck even our own families. We are not going home like last year….we know how to reduce the risk of contracting & severity of COVID should you test positive. No one complained about getting paid at 100% PLUS getting their bonus last year when other companies were laying off, reducing compensation/benefits, etc. We have become spoiled and having a tantrum about a vaccine is ridiculous when we know what it has proven to do. If you don’t want to get it….don’t, but quit complaining. When you bring it home to your spouse (who is also likely choosing to not be vaccinated) and your children, get ready to use your vacation time taking care of them because you are probably the same person who thinks AZ should pay you to stay at home & work. We’ve got the solution to slow the spread. That’s been proven. Start being part of the solution not the problem. If you are drowning and thrown a life jacket, take it or the alternative.

We are not being forced. We have an option. Forced would be get the vaccine or get fired. That’s not the situation. Plus, FDA Approval should be gained by next week. So your point may be mute by this time next week.

So now they care about my health and wellbeing? They din’t seem to care last October when I was forced (threatened to make more f2f calls by my
Manager) to go into the field before the vaxcine was available. I then got covid, and gave it to my family including my children. Clearly legal is doing there job trying to protect AZ from more potential lawsuits and situations like mine.

you don’t want a Covid vaccine because it’s not FDA approved (but has been used by millions and shown to be safe and effective), yet you’ll take ivermectin….which is not FDA approved for Covid, and has not been shown to be effective. I totally agree with you! They don't care about our health....only the PR this will bring them. They think its going to be positive....People across the country will be horrified with what AZ has done.

There are other pharma companies already with the same requirement with most (if not all) soon to follow. That will happen when full approval is granted to the Pfizer and then Moderna vaccines starting next week.

If you can’t access customers because you refuse to follow account requirements then you lose access. Go ahead and resign and find that grass is greener job that doesn’t expect you to get vaccinated. You’ll be the one catering our lunches “physically”. Restaurants need so much help right now, they will take you, you’ll be sorry you were so hard headed. The unvaccinated people are wearing masks for the most part. The vaccinated people are not and they are the ones likely spreading Covid around. Many of the break through cases are not severe and are not reported. Have you forgot about the asymptomatic people that spread Covid?
