Layoffs for Teva Respiratory too

I am under the impression we will all get our Q4 bonus. I don't think we will know prior to the 30th. This allows them to hope that people will still work until then. Then, I would assume that will be our last day and severence would start 2-1. That's my opinion though.
The size of the company should require that most will receive WARN- it is not required in all states though.
 






Seems unlikely severance would start Feb 1, unless all resources are turned in and close out is complete. 2 days to complete seems unrealistic. Fate may be disclosed sometime this week, but I'm only guessing. Any one have any prior knowledge of the typical time frame between notice and close out?
 






Will it be more rural reps with good access kept or urban reps with more closed clinics but also more volume?


They will chop the salesforce in half. Territories will be redrawn and those retained will be the people who live in the best areas to fit the new huge regions they will receive. The territories will be big so it will have both urban and rural areas. The reps will be kept that live in the best place for the new maps. Nothing else will be considered no matter what they may tell you, unless a few reps live in the same area, then they look at performance and tenure, etc.
 






The lack of transparency with this whole thing is totally Busch League! We are a week away from finding out our fate and have no idea what sort of severance, IC Payout, or insurance we can expect to receive. These turds we call leadership just keep stringing us along and say follow the POA. Sure thing! TOTALLY UNBELIEVABLE!!!
 






Got to the teva.net and look up "severance". There is a policy, one policy, and it outlines everything you mentioned - including the COBRA insurance and compensation to pay for it. It looks like it was just updated in 2016.
 
















































I really hope they can let the managers know by Thursday and the sales force Friday. To have to go through another weekend of uncertainty is so unhealthy. The same way finally getting some info from CC after 5 on a Friday when we were all trying to put it out of our heads was not the best timing.

Any word if we will receive our T3 payout and if so, when will it be paid? Will severance be a lump sum or paid biweekly?

CC has become an inept leader and quite a douchebag surrounded by a DM management and brand team that really have no idea what they are doing. Very said to see what has happened here.

Been looking for a quite awhile now and going to take advantage of package in case they do not pay T3 bonus (which I am not counting on and neither should anyone else). Have some offers outside the industry as I came from a B2B background. My guess is you are a asshat troll from TN who has been in pharma since college. You, buddy, are going to need all the help YOU can get because this industry is absolute toast and no sales organization is going to take a middle aged lunch delivery boy seriously.
