Layoff at Nephron Orlando Facilities

Who's responsible for lack of assurance of sterility AND preventing potential exposure to non-sterile lubricant during the filling process?

My favorite part of the meeting was when Mike P said they would keep "the cream of the crop". That man is so dumb, I'm surprised he knows which end of his lighter creates fire.

Well, except for literally a handful (That is 5 or less...btw), the 'cream of the crop left or were fired a long time ago. Besides this handful, the only ones left are the ones too cowardly to stand up to Crazy, the ones who know nothing and are no threat to her fragile ego, or the ones who are really smart and are milking that lunatic and her company for as much as they can before the end.
 












Since the company is going down anyway, why cant we expose all the mess here at the open so that the public will know its true colors and core values in that way people will avoid our product. One example, dirty facility to begin, roaches all over management.

Problem is, Lou will never see the issues with Nephron as anything but people letting her down, not working well enough or hard enough, not paying enough attention etc. etc. When the real problem is that she is devoid of any management ability whatsoever, she has no idea what she is doing in any sense of the phrase, and she is just an outright mean, vapid, self-centered, egotistical loser. And I mean loser in the academic sense, not as a childish slur. She has completely nothing to offer anyone but pain and mean-heartedness. And the responsibility of the pending failure of the enterprise that is Nephron Pharmaceuticals lies solely and squarely on her shoulders, as she stands on the metaphorical pile of people she has pushed and mocked, stabbed in the back and stepped over, spit on and harassed to get to wherever it is that she thinks she is now.

Good luck on your job hunting and getting out of there, as one who has it is an exhilarating experience. Knowing you will never have to see or hear "it" anymore, there is happiness elsewhere.
 


















Neohron SC is off to a great start! They are deliberately packaging product in cartons that say they are manufactured in Orlando. Gotta love a company that sends out mislabeled product from say 1 And all because they owe so much money to the packaging supplier.

NOT good!

Nephron SC will end up like Orlando, eventually used for another purpose, could see DAK buying and using for a warehouse or better yet a recreation center for the employees. DAK/Eastman takes care of its employees!

I can't believe that something positive may arise from such negative environment! Nevertheless, good luck to all of those who are losing their jobs and invested their lives in this worthless organization. I will be hard, but the time will come that you will realize that there are other opportunities out there, maybe with less money, but definitely with more stability!!

By the way, here is the definition of ‘Worth’: Worth is a long-term perspective. For that reason, employment at Nephron is worthless. No one over there can have any assurance of long term employment.
