Cardinal is the industry's biggest player. LMI either has to play ball with them or they will starved to death. Maybe Cardinal's intention is to do just that and acquire the place for $0.10 on the dollar.

Mother Nature is the one thing they cannot manipulate. It would be appropriate if that's what shuts them down and finishes them off.

At some point there will be a thaw. What's snow now will be frozen icebergs by then. The next safety presentation should be on collapsing roofs. They can pass out umbrellas and hard hats as party favors.

It's gone from an influential and prominent player in its field to a second tier one and still falling. It's turned into a joke that competitors don't even pay attention to anymore. They're better at "giving the business" than being a successful one. No one reputable wants to be associated with them.
