Lantheus Medical Imaging

Ha ha I can't believe this message board is still here. I started this post from the beginning. I haven't posted in over 3 years. Still sounds like an awful place to ( for lack of better word) work. Someone clue me in... How is this company still relevant. All the koolaid drinkers should be gone.

I haven't driven by there since retiring 4 years ago. Is the landscaping still as good as it once was, before they shafted JP? I understand he is now doing it on his own. Wising him well, a real nice kid.

I am doing well started my own business. Getting let go from LMI was the best thing that could have happened. No more being lied to, pc huddles, corporate jargon, being told that driving the backhoe around the site because other employees might think I am just driving around for fun, or dont water the flowers at the front gate in the morning someone from bld 600 might see you? ( this is what management had to worry about??)no more smoke and mirrors, 500 pages of near misses (employees posting unsafe acts that could have resulted in grave consequences) like a deer crossing the 15 MHP road at 2:30AM, an employee seen eating a sandwich while driving? Being told how valuable you are for stepping up and taking on the roles of recently let go individuals your a great asset to the company! It was just getting ridiculous inside those gates.
Sweet Freedom!!!!!!

Hey wait- Why the hell would it be bad if someone saw you watering the flowers? Oh, hold on... were you "watering" them again with your pants at your ankles?

(I kid) seriously though, why would that be a problem?

Congratulations from former cyclotron.

Honestly, are you one of the sucka____s still there, weeding out anyone whom you don't like who has the gall to say something to other employees?

You sound a bit paranoid. What I still don't understand is this; if on a given Tuesday (or my case a Thursday) 25-50 got the boot. They are off site before you know fully who has been impacted. How am I to offer my support or show that I care or am not a snake etc? I have the ability to contact perhaps one or two which I do and wish them well. If there is a get together I attend. How does my staying show how I feel, or let anyone know my situation, or my reasons for staying etc? It's a #%^# business. Good bad or indifferent. It doesn't promise lifetime employment. I knew that once the layoffs started it is the luck of the drawer if you get hit or not.

They are not looking at names like a hit list, they say we need 2,000,000 in salary. So I need 400,000 from marketing, 250,000 sales, 200,000 operations etc. they get a list of positions from each group and saleries and say, cut,cut,cut,...

What I don't understand is if you folks that are doing all the whining, are still,there..leave if your that unhappy. If your gone, what does it matter who is there? I wish them well. I don't know how many I would even know now, but it doesn't Impact me that they are working there.

I spent 24 plus years, the far majority of the folks I met were decent, good folks. My last year or two my manager was an ass. But that is also luck of the drawer.

A lot who post here should get some help if your this bitter after you no longer work there, or quit if you work there and are this upset..

What has gone on over the years at LMI, which began the year that preceded BMS' exit, has changed the site in a way that is beyond repair. Or at least beyond the ability to recreate the atmosphere that existed there for many, many, many years. The process of laying people off is nowhere near as objective as you think. Anyone privy to what goes on in "leadership" circles knows how cut throat, back stabbing, and vindictive these egomaniacs can be. Plenty of people let go were in fact part of a hit list. Not everyone but plenty. Yes there were qualified, hard working people that got the boot simply because they were not in the good graces of the powers that be. At this point there are fewer people in the category of "enemies of the state" because people got the message and kissed ass, sucked up or simply shut up and ignored what they knew was unfair and even wrong. There is nothing left there but a workforce looking out for themselves, That's a far cry from the culture that made the place so successful and such an enjoyable place to work at. That's a thing of the past and will never exist there again. And frankly I could care less cause I'm no longer there. But don't preach that everything that's been done there has been an objective, above board, sterile decision. Cause it just ain't so.

Some of the people that are still there blow my mind. They were the slackers, show up late , long lunch, leave early, always telling management how busy they have been! Proudfoot should have been exploring Castle 600 and 300.

The expression is the "luck of the draw", originating from the game of poker. The contraction of "you are", is written as you're. Just saying......
