We lost Michele Tan who was so helpful and connected to markets. Only RCL acting this way. They never help her at all in the region and as usual they make the aggressive Europeans lead CMO role. No country listen to Yves in vaccine we just take his call and then do our thing now we have equal useless but less loud Hyunji. Least Yves pretend to show knowledge in vaccine, Hyunji cannot even now our own portfolio. She didn’t not know hospital business before either but gets given vaccines?? So what is Yves doing to support us by the way? Just sending more KPI? Or talking loud and firm in front of bosses? What jokes. While I agree with many of your points, I think David is a good solution and start of the change to the better. Yes it’s been tough but David has been good in the regional reviews in my opinion

I think eventually but first the primary care diabetes people will be cut. The discussions in the region are speeding up and think once this is cut out of the company we will build in other areas. Vaccines is an issue now that wasn’t a few months back but the planning always been so poor
 




It’s time we have a Japanese national heading business here and an Asian or an Australian heading AP region. Enough of white European or an American ruling us. Reminds me of colonial days and power still rests with them.

David is one of them and don’t be deceived. Unless sycophants like George, Yves, Noora, Kevin and Rehan are shown the door, nothing will change. Most of the above don’t deserve the role they are in. don’t take rude behaviour from Yves lying down and complain to office of ethics and anyone who matters.

@David Peacock, was nice to see your update on LinkedIn and move to AP region. If you are serious and care to improve the region, please see all the posts in this thread and also in the 10 most incompetent managers. It will tell you how employees feel about some of the regional folks and the MD’s who have zero talent and are there only for reasons best known to people who appointed them. Start the spring clean and rid the region of sycophants and mediocre talents. We are more than happy to give you the names should you wish to know and all you have to do is to post the question here. Good luck and please don’t save people accused of sexual harassment like how it happened in the past. It’s an insult to all the women.

Why don't you / a group ask for a few minutes of David's time to voice your opinion? I am very sure he would appreciate it. There will be no change unless people speak up.
 




Working closely with Noora for about 12 months I can confirm she is a narcissist. She gives little thought about people but very keen on celebrating her own brand

she loves to casually show her designer and luxury items, jewellery, clothes, watches. So out of touch with our regions needs and concerns. Total moron. She got a pet naked cat again just to act like a luxury high so Singaporean. She is not one of us. She will never be, and I’m sure she will leave before the lack of HR progress is picked up
