This Saurav is totally useless, spineless and has no people skills at all. Let us see him get a job as they either aim to move him out or if he pleased his masters, take the job and credit of one of the good guys

I believe this scumbag saurav is going round trashing all the good work done by the previous BUD and claiming credit for other people’s achievements. Karma is a bitch and hope it comes back soon to show him his place.
 




Very sad for MSD India. Every one here is aware of how badly treated the first BUD was by all party. Saurav I have to acknowledge is universally disliked even outside his unit. Maybe worst people manager for many years and we had very bad managers here. People skill and strategy need to develop as now he only has a big bark and even his bark is laughed towards. India now is owned by all ex Mckinsy type. Rehan needs to step up it’s too long without success

Noora Assglove is arguably the weakest HR lead I have ever met. I have had two interaction with her in the past month and confirm as others had warned me, she is a useless and vile individual. She has almost no idea what the term strategy means and has even less understanding of our business. She is hoping her Singaporean Hr dummies act as enough of a wall to keep any culture questions away from her

Could not help but giggle at the LinkedIn post I saw from Dorthe. Claiming progress under her leadership in Asia and sitting next to Noora the talented and engaged HR leader. I worked for Dorthe directly and can say hand on heart she was the most uninspiring leader ever. I had almost zero 1.1s and she managed rest of the APLT in the same way.
As for her care for people in Asia I can describe one meeting I was sat with her and we were being presented to by a staff who had just returned from serious sick leave. In his opening he briefly commented on the challenges in coming back from a very difficult illness. Post the close of the meeting she asked privately in our room why we needed to hear about his issues, high destain for emotions. Very little caring at all from Dorthe to any of her staff and for those that think differently I can share what she thought of each of you behind your backs so just write your name here. She didn’t rate any of you! Her own chief of staff was the most eager to run from this dark cloud of “leadership”
Those that moved post the split of organon are much happier to be here. Yes it’s not as glamorous but we have a nicer culture under Kaja.
 




Yet another toxic leader who only discredits the trust other leaders try to build. So difficult to tell who is genuine and who is not these days.... same with politicians. Same animals.

lol. The famous McKinsey - people who've never before worked in pharma or been in front of HCP's, hired on fat salaries on levels that everyone else has to work for and jump hoops for and touted to be experts in leadership and strategy. Failure is a given.
 
















It’s appalling how our region has ended up. Under Patrick and even Jan we had exception and driven people all across our leadership. Now they have all been replaced by cheap, unqualified “talents”. Not inspired by any of these people and the region has no direction or vision. Just a lot of useless people saying nothing. Noora has been a constant over this period and still does not understand the needs of our region. The MDs are so bad, worse than I’ve seen in a long time but sure they will go on to bigger roles as they are in the right gang.
 




Looks like the new Indian guy take over from Kyle in Japan. Wonder where Kyle’s friends will set him up next? Cockroaches seems to live forever here.
Must say that Peacock has been good for our region but when will we learn to cull the useless ones?
