this will be a Sage/Biogen failed MDD reunion!!! That’s why things are moving so fast- management already has their people! These interviews are just for show!!!
Start dates initially were very aggressive and will likely be adjusted back.
What’s the BMS car choices and health insurance provider?
So you’re deep into the process? What do you consider being deep? HR screens are pretty much all thats been completed at this point.I haven't heard a single thing regarding comp since the first recruiter reached out telling me the package would be worth it for me, even though they didn't know what I currently make. I have never been in a situation where I am this deep into the process and nothing along those lines has been discussed yet. Perhaps it's under wraps because it's so good, but I am starting to think it may be so bad I am going to be aggravated that I wasted my time.
I believe this. The interview process seems to keep changing. I think they have a lot of their candidates already lined up. The rest of us are cannon fodder so that it appears to be a fair and equitable process.
Yup - this happened internally across commercial (brand) where they selected their candidates (hand-picked external candidates....AKA buddies) but they were still going through the motions and holding panel interviews for show as recently as this past week. BMS can't even do the interview process fairly.[/QUOTE
the managers are still in training so there have been no panel interviews yet. Nice try though.
They have taken a few of the bottom feeder managers from Alks. Cheerleaders and kids ass managers. Good luck!Yup - this happened internally across commercial (brand) where they selected their candidates (hand-picked external candidates....AKA buddies) but they were still going through the motions and holding panel interviews for show as recently as this past week. Somebody not happy things did not go their way during their interview process. Oh well maybe next time. Keep trying buddy. They were still dragging manager candidates they had no intention of hiring through the panel interview process two weeks ago. Typical big pharma antics.
Nobody is deep into the process at least for rep jobs. Once the managers complete their training, the interview process will begin to heat up. 1st wave up rep hires will be in July so things will definitely pick up pace come June 1.So you’re deep into the process? I had third round last week. Offer is being prepared this week. The recruiter mentioned that they will compensate for up to 2 years of unvested incentives (RSU/Options). Offer is contingent on drug screen and background check.

Fake news unless you are one of the few manager spots that have not been filled yet. The rep process is all still very early.I had third round last week. Offer is being prepared this week. Territories seem small for schizophrenia indication. You’re going to be forced to call on these private practices that don’t even treat schizophrenia for off label use
