Oh the wins are here but trolls like you are not privy to that info. Good luck on your continued job search.
Correction, the losers are all here. I regret jumping over at this point, what a clusterfuck!

Were you unemployed prior to BMS? I’m finding most here were damaged goods and we’re not coming here from positions of strength. That’s the BMS way…/ Herd in the desperate sheep.Correction, the losers are all here. I regret jumping over at this point, what a clusterfuck!

According to this definition, most people in every Pharma are damaged goods. That’s become the norm. The incoming damaged goods hire their colleagues and friends who became damaged goods at the same time as them, destabilize everyone by laying off many people who go to other Pharma as damaged goods. So make friends and be in the mess together. If you have no friends and are doing it on your own, be sure that it will take much longer to find jobs. The words damaged goods are no longer appropriate. I would call it a vicious cycle set up by the ELT in collaboration with McKinsey everywhere and not just in BMS. This can be resolved or avoided only with great leaders and there are none or very few of them. Great leaders are becoming extinct like the dinosaurs. Were you unemployed prior to BMS? You rolled snake eyes. obviously you were very unfamiliar with BMS. Most know never to leave a good situation to come to this dumpster fire. That’s the worst part, I was gainfully employed and believed this would be a better long term choice, terrible decision on my part. I am already actively interviewing yet again…
My situation was I was being downsized so figured I’d take the chance since I had no other offers at the time of my BMS offer. I will keep my job search going and hopefully be out of here in 6 months. You rolled snake eyes. obviously you were very unfamiliar with BMS. Most know never to leave a good situation to come to this dumpster fire.
You really don’t understand this industry, do you?Another day and not a single payor win announced. Not even 1 d@mn minor local payor. Come on. I can't sell with no coverage.
Hey, crybaby. I fixed it for you: "I can't sell."I can't sell with no coverage.
Ouch. Sry about that. I was looking at the shapes of BMS vs Lilly stock curves over last 2y and jaw dropping contrasts.I turned down a job at Lilly for BMS
Well to make you feel better you may have at least made the right decision if you need a pay check. Lilly cut their entire CCI sleeve the end of lay month and the entire DBU is on pins and needles awaiting announcement @11/1 about their fate.I turned down a job at Lilly for BMS
Lilly has just announced a major layoffs and reorganization of the sales force. To be announced and done right before Christmas. We are all nervous about our jobs at Lilly.Ouch. Sry about that. I was looking at the shapes of BMS vs Lilly stock curves over last 2y and jaw dropping contrasts.
But it is bright, fresh and green over here.Everyone warned you. Grass is not greener..
