No way 150-180. manager range was 160-190. They will be in the 160 range and looks like experience is optional.

Thats way low for pych managers . I would be shocked if thats the range.

Yes with 30 RBMs to hire offers will be spaced out over a few weeks. All RBMs should be placed by end of May.
