We lose another one in the mid-Atlantic. Beth is on a mission. Trickle down effect and unbalanced judgement driving a feeling of retaliating against this team. We need to continue to voice concerns up through compliance bc her lens on our team is targeted. Also funny how we now inherit JH. Cut cost and replace MC w/ a diverse candidate??? Hmmmmm. MC was the glue to this team. JH is going to have a hard time cleaning up Beth’s mess as she hides behind the curtain

JH is the hatchet. Ask people who worked under him before. He will sound nice but will be there to clean house. He will do the dirty work that Beth wants him to do where MC showed the patience to learn the teams and make the effort to bring them together as one unit. In Clough we trust….

Philly SAM in mid Atlantic was terminated. He was in marketing and sales ops prior. Started here as a rep then manager.

from the outside looking in It certainly looks like someone is cleaning house over there! They had 4 SAMs and are down to 1.

A snake? Nah he’s just doing what needs to be done. Be honest with yourselves, exact does not need half of the reps that are currently in field. Most of the recent SAMs are ex managers or directors that no longer had value left to offer in their position. What I can’t comprehend is why people stay and complain about how bad it is. Why not leave? Because they don’t have a choice? Because they wouldn’t get hired at the same level at a different company? Or maybe the little tykes need diapers and daddy’s too scared to miss a check

Bc people actually really believe in the product, have made tremendous headway with their customers, streamlined workflow, are in a good groove, and don’t want to just hand over their years of hard work and building trust to some recently laid off schmuck who hasn’t worked their ass off to grow the territory.
Everything was great and no one was complaining here before MC was let go. Good things were happening and people wanted to work hard. For themselves and for the market. THAT is why people are not wanting to just walk away. People actually give a shit. That is the culture BE is destroying.

Bc people actually really believe in the product, have made tremendous headway with their customers, streamlined workflow, are in a good groove, and don’t want to just hand over their years of hard work and building trust to some recently laid off schmuck who hasn’t worked their ass off to grow the territory.
