Beth went to Duke; therefore in her eyes she is a genius.

Clough was most likely let go because Beth was angry that he fired Kerry G. Imagine he did so as Kerry hadn’t accomplished anything in her role as a SAM. She never left her home, and constantly attempted to have people do her work or take credit for their success.
 












Why do you think Jester moved Kerry to SAM?

Kerry ran her team like a sorority girl with a head full of lsd. In her down time; she gossiped about anyone who was a threat.

Clough had that area when he was the SAM and Kerry never moved the needle in 2 years.

When she was let go by Clough she began a smear campaign calling anyone who would listen; including many previous Exact employees.
 






this is in fact correct, I am no longer with exact. Kerry and I worked together for a few years and even when she was a manager she had people doing her work for her. she was nice and left us alone so no one cared. when she was pushed out of her gam role by jester (smart man) she was saved by her friend beth. well, I was informed by Kerry about Mark the day he was fired, so yes she’s been smearing his name

Some field reps think they should be the AM or SAM, some AMs think they should be the SAM or SDHM, some SDHMs think they should be the regional. Of course the AM and SDHM think they are better than reps or SAMs. Then in some instances this leads to all the backstabbing which appears to happen with frequency here.

The culture at Exact Sciences is AWFUL! Ever since KC replaced Diane with Stenhouse, it has been an absolutely HORRIBLE place. Lots of great people peppered around, but the leadership, Eastland and Gute in the screening side, are just absolutely horrible people, who only care about themselves.

The salary at Exact Sciences is also awful...why do you think so many competent people leave as soon as they can? The only people left are those who can't find jobs at better places with higher salaries.

Salaries are terrible, way below industry standards, and there are plenty of reasons why that's the case.

However, in defense of EXAS, the benefit package is great, really great. However, doesn't mean that gives them a pass to have a shitty culture.
 












Let’s be honest, at the end of the day MC was probably one of the most knowledgeable and supportive directors you are going to find. Being an at-will company it can merely come down to management styles. He ran his business the same way under Stewart Smith and was supported and thrived. Under Beth there was a lot of criticism and lack of support. If the news about Kerry is true, shame on her as her biggest problem is she can’t face the fact she wasn’t good at the job. There were many people including myself that rolled feedback up that we needed someone new and that she sucked at her job. The other problem is problem Andy/Jason Jennings. The compliance king probably found something meaningless and felt left out. What kind of guy stands in the corner during a lunch and then tells the reps to take it with them? Super awkward guy
 






What Mc has done for this culture is more than what Beth has ever done. She shows culture numbers for the region which is a roll up from the reps as it relates to their managers. If you peel back her Gallup from the SDHMs it is scary I heard. It is a shame how people like Kerry or Jandy Jennings the compliance king who wants nothing to do w the leaders or his own team, can damage a who market. I am sure Mc is having higher level discussions and we all can’t wait to find out where he goes so we can follow a true leader and get out of this toxic environment that Beth has created
