Notice how quickly they dipped into OUR pockets when they have “millions in the bank and are doing fine.” And then had the nerve to blame the reps for rolling out the plan they gave us and doing a damn good job. Like any of us have any way or knowing EVERY time a pharmacy runs a card. It’s ridiculous to assume that we’d know every script that goes to the pharmacy, not to mention illegal for us to have that acute knowledge of every single patient, or is Supernus suggesting we violate HIPAA. We did our jobs and they know it. We were just their scapegoats and that should give all of us a clear picture of where we stand. By the way, I heard at least 4 more reps left last week. I looked in ADP. Their jobs are not listed.

I have never dreaded a POA so much. The information that isn't relevant we spend the entire meeting reviewing. The information that we really need to hear we will only spend 30 minutes on. Save money and run a f**king cc instead of these pointless meetings. When you have something new to review you can hold a 2 day meeting, until then leave me alone.

The quarterly meetings are to sell you on Supernus, not so you can sell Supernus. Corporate needs to check in on you and make sure you leave feeling all warm and fuzzy before you go back home. This is their way to continue to reel you in. Marketing ploy on you, and that is all. Brainwashing 101: treat them bad and then treat them really good.
