I don’t know about Florida, but I know of others that have put in notice. But those jobs haven’t been posted!! Are they going to hire for those places or is this just another red flag?!! Can you imagine giving the same tired 2 day speech, knowing everyone in the room is glaring at you and just biding their time until their new gigs start? Knowing they don’t believe a word you’re forced to say and that they all borderline hate your guts for making them listen to it AGAIN? Knowing you have to try to make it sound believable, even though you keep throwing up a little every time you have to say that this is exactly the place they should be for their career?Blehckyou basically need to maintain a body temp of around 98 degrees. Poor bastards, they gotta stand there for 2 days and hype up a “ dead sales force”.

The best/worst part is that leadership will mistake our “enthusiasm” as a sign things are going well, while we all know that keeping our heads down, our smiles big, our eyes wide and otherwise going down the path of least resistance is the best way to endure this crap-trip until we’re out of here for good. My real thoughts. Take note.that is how I imagine hell. An endless POA where you are forced to listen to the same presentation over and over. Remember the line, “we’ll never lie to you.” Heard that one a time or two. I thought that meant they’d never steal from us either, but then.......All valid, new adversaries we’re learning to manage.
