Just mail us our new vis aid and ssp. Schedule a 2 hour conference call. Save your money, so we get paid on time this year. It’s flu season and my roomie is a pea tree dish. Save us our sanity until you have something new. Please and thank you.

If you mean paid on time for salary...a handful of people will bonus that’s about it

If you can't handle a 2 day meeting then you don't belong in a professional industry. My biggest concern is what they are forecasting for 2020 and if the cost of these meetings is going to cause Supernus to steal from us again at year end.

If they don’t forecast in a negative direction, the board should fire who’s in charge. What goes up must come down. There’s no more gas left in the tank for tro, oxt is on cruise control. Let’s start canvasing and networking for adhd.

Oh, thank you for your evaluation. Please, you call these meetings professional? Why? Because we all sit around and lie to each other? And for the record, they can legally steal from you anytime and anything. You accept it when you agree to the bonus plan. A professional institution would tell you which plans cover our products. Not this one. So before you go all Mr. analytical, get your facts straight.

I don’t think THEY can handle a 2 day meeting... they’re clearly still struggling with new and relevant stuff to bring to a POA to make it worthwhile.

If I see one more “targeting” or “keeping a message fresh” module resurrected from IST, with no new targeting strategy or new data..I’m going straight Ricky Gervais on this place

So.....who is going to call Taylor out on the fact that the gold card was an irresponsible marketing tactic from the get go? We showed inflated growth to investors since the migraine launch, and the bubble burst a little sooner than corporate expected due to the launch of CGRPs. Add in the delays with ADHD and cancellation of 810, we reps are the ones who ended up with the short end of the shtick.

Oh wait - they are probably going to rush through the corporate overview like they did in Q4. Meander through their talking points, spending ten minutes explaining each slide that we have all seen dozens of times, ask for questions for about 10 seconds, then shut it down because “they have to catch a flight”.

so I retract my earlier statement. No one will call anyone out. Because no one will have time.

or they could cut out half a day’s worth of ridiculous role playing and replace it with one solid hour of discussion.

These are all true. What would calling it out do though? It doesn’t bring back gold card, unlaunch CGRPs, launch 812 sooner, or make 810s studies more conclusive. As reps the best thing we can do is ask questions about how we plan to navigate and anticipate these issues moving forward to ensure there’s never another quarter where we lose bonus money or worse. Not to be cheesy, but the only way forward is unified. I say that understanding it’s going to take a lot of forgiveness and trust on our part. But for those of us that are choosing to stay, what other way is there?

The bonus plan has to change to match the market and the life of the products. That’s the only thing that can stop reps from leaving. Otherwise, we will lose a lot of talent

The talent is literally running away from the company. I know of 4 who have left since mid December between florida and georgia.
