They can also speak up and vent if they want or need to.

You know, every year we're "asked" for our "feedback" on engagement surveys. In fact we're compelled to participate in them, and everyone is coerced to give highest rating possible on every question because surveys are trackable to managers and business units.

"Put Up or Shut Up" is a helluva corporate mantra that comes with a lot of well earned venting. This place blows.

It's easy to say find a job or manager that better suits you. But why should bullies prevail? Why should the bad guy win? The company got it right taking RR out of the manager position. He treated people horrifically. That's why people are complaining and venting because we should not have to leave. The people creating the toxic environment need to be held accountable.

No grudge- just google MB and cafe pharma and you will be amazed at all the crap that he has gotten away with- not to mention the tremendous turnover that he has caused. He must be protected by someone above him because HR has known for at least ten years what a horrible person he is- and he claims to be a Christian!

The last sentence is the clincher. That explains everything. So tired of people like him who make these religious claims to anyone in the workplace who will listen complete with their testimony all the while they are very busy backstabbing and tossing people under the bus. #canyousayhypocrite
