You can’t blame her. Every single person who didn’t tell the truth when HR asked is just as guilty as he is. The company will say they asked SO’s team and no one said anything. The company won’t take the blame, companies never do.
What ever happen to C.A. and his LA team? Do they still “share all the big customers” from across the country? How many good hard working reps have lost out on money or awards because of that team? There are still a few left when does karma finally finish the job?

no, it's not true. JD and MB were fuck buddies and covered each other's asses. JD was an egomaniac who couldnt stand people not kissing her ass and if anyone ever refused to kiss her ass she would make their life impossible. she also forced her reps to cheat and promote off label use of meds. she has over a dozen HR cases against her and she was finally fired along with MB. now they are mad and they are spreading lies on cafepharma bc thats the only power they will ever have. they sit on their couches at home unhappy with their shitty home lives, bitter about their partners. mad that jnj wont pay for them to fuck each other anymore. so they sit and make up stories like the pathetic losers they have always been. but hey, they got their golden parachutes... they should really just move on. but this message will only enrage them more now. too bad their followers are falling like flies.

WTH is up with J&J Neuro hiring? They’ll hire someone with no experience in pharma to sell their LAI, and another person who is a year out of college - no disease state or pharma experience to sell Spravato?! Meanwhile, they won’t even interview psych reps with over 20 years psych experience in the territory?!
SMH…… just come out and say it - experience doesn’t really mean anything - we just want to hire cheap.
 


















Forget coming to J&J. As they were winding down CVM in the last year they instituted a policy to only hire entry level reps at half the cost. No Senior or Executive, even for Institutional roles where you need to at least have a clue. They claim they have "data" that shows there's no advantage in performance for tenured vs new reps. This will be the norm moving forward.

Fat, drunk and lazy is no way to have a career in pharma any longer.

Most reps end up logging imaginary calls just to hit their metrics anyway. Unless you’re bribing the entire office with lunch, you’re lucky to get more than a few rushed minutes with a doctor. And when we do get those golden moments, a college intern with an iPad can handle it for the price of a coffee.
