Janssen CNS

I think our organization is really trying to do the right thing. At a time like this lets keep it positive and I do believe that Spravato has some great potential if you are up to it as a sales professional. Let's not use CP for our complaints but for how we can contribute to the bottom line of Janssen and JNJ.
Alex? That you?

That you Alex?

NJ is full of backstabbers. It's amazing how they will smile to your face but talk crap
about you to management. What they don't realize is how harmful it is someone's
career, and how karma is a b**ch. This has happened even when it would not benefit
the s**t-talker in anyway, and furthermore, it was hearsay and lies.

It's too late to fix it too. I was angry and disappointed at first but the more I thought about
it, I was not surprised. This is all behind-the-scenes but I am telling it here to warn the
good reps who do their job and mind their own business. For the shady rep, don't think
this went unnoticed.

Janssen has always fostered a corporate culture of backstabbers. Matter of fact, Managers love playing their representatives against each other and get great satisfaction out of gathering information on ride days about individuals on their team. However, colleagues who have integrity share their ride days and discussions. In order to change this corporate culture Managers should have to go through a psychological evaluation before managing people. Unfortunately, some managers can not handle all the power and create unnecessary stressful environments. This job is not rocket science the intensity is not warranted. People are so concerned with perception they will eat their young to get ahead.

Managers should foster trust, appreciation, and value their employees on their team. Moreover, realize that everyone brings value collectively as a team and individually. Perhaps, this would put an end to the backstabbers if people felt safe and honored for their contribution to the organization. The climate fosters - you’re so lucky to have this job - you’re lucky to have me as an employee!!

Have you heard of SO and CS in SoCal? This company employees the worse of the worse. SO is terrible at this job and harasses women. CS is actually pretty good but breaks FDA regulations all the time. This company only fosters trash.

They don't care how you're managed because upward mobility ended years ago at this company. You're just left to rot in your position forever. Your managers are too , they highly competitive over NOTHING , they aren't going anywhere either.

Have you ever heard of therapy? You are OBSESSED with CS and SO.
You guys wish. No one has been obsessed with you two in long time. SO when was the last time you had a girlfriend and for how long? CS are you on your 2nd or 3rd divorcee? Wanting this company to do the right thing and get rid of trash is very different then being “obsessed”

You should have called the Credo hotline when you had the chance! It’s over now!
