I heard SO in San Diego got fired. It’s about fucking time! He was seriously the worst rep ever. Not to mention how he treats women. What took so long?

wait. He told everyone he could never get fired. He had info on people. Lied to attorneys. Made deals. His district mates better be careful. The time has come.

Well, it would make since he had some deal. No one can pull that much shit, never work, be completely unethical and have several complaints from multiple women and customers that reported his behavior to HR and nothing happens. I agree, everyone who has ever worked with him should watch their backs. No question he will take everyone down, and make up shit to cover is dirty lying ass. SO is an example of where HR and the Credo Hotline failed it’s employees. Especially the female ones he threatened and harassed.

This should get interesting! What was he fired for? I’m sure all the women who left or were pushed out because of him would like to know. If he was fired for any sort of harassment, sexual harassment, or compliance issue the blood is on HR’s hands. They had all the info a very long time ago.

I know of 4 women who filed complaints to HR against him. And one female customer. Some refused to work with him, others left the company after his threats and harassment where not taken care of. What a POS.

With no responses from SO who use to be all over this thread HR must know how bad this looks. He may have be fried but he’s still getting paid by Janssen to do nothing.

You can’t blame her. Every single person who didn’t tell the truth when HR asked is just as guilty as he is. The company will say they asked SO’s team and no one said anything. The company won’t take the blame, companies never do.
 












Sued? For what?
Cheating, lying, sexual harassment, aggressive behavior, threatening other employees, intentional gaslighting, pharmacy kick backs, running around saying he was untouchable, being part of getting good people pushed out or fired. The company knew about all of this and turned a blind eye so yes they are getting sued.
