Does the VP of sales even have any sales experience?

I was told by a study site that they couldn’t enroll a single patient into the trial. Look at the exclusion criteria.

Cherry picked patients/data, 0% side effect, reputation of leadership, marketing guy now VP.

Agree. The recruiting process is ridiculous. The recruiters have no idea what they’re looking for and their “follow up” is severely lacking. By far the most unprofessional company I’ve dealt with.

If you’re happy where you are I wouldn’t come to this place. This is not a management team that will care about salespeople. If or when the crap hits the fan the group at the top will protect each other. They’re building a team of yes men leaders also so if you think they will care what you think, think again. Some of the managers have no pharma experience and ask questions off a sheet of paper. A handful actually told candidates they would be first to market. Um, how did that work out? Run, don’t walk, away from this place.

Try selling patients on the need to get monthly or every other month injections to possibly slow the progression. 30 something percent chance of slowing. They will notice no difference. Good luck with that. There will be 3 treatment options not 2 that essentially will do the same thing.
How will a retina specialist find the time to inject these patients? With all the wet AMD retinopathy and CME patients??
