have you been called for an interview? I applied for and FRM role but no call back yet... curious to know if FRM interviews have begun
 












IDK but that’s the problem with these Pharma companies. They wait so long to complete the hiring process that half their initial applicants have lost interest or found other opportunities.
 


















Not bitter at all… I got a small luxury SUV instead of having to put wear and tear on my car with an allowance that doesn’t even cover a car payment and insurance with inflation. And have fun with the dreaded motus

well congrats!!! I don’t know why everyone is so nasty! even if I go to iveric I’m glad you’re happy where you are! What have you heard about what iveric is paying/offering?

Haven’t heard much other than what I’ve seen on this board, which doesn’t say much at all it’s just a bunch of disgruntled workers

I know lol… I just have to pick through all of that and hope there are some people that are simply willing to share helpful information. Every company has its problems and I think we all know that… If any company was perfect… we wouldn’t be hopping to another and on this platform in the first place! Plus, a great direct line manager can shield you from a lot of the corporate BS… so it’s entirely feasible that someone may have a great experience where someone on another team has a horrible one… unfortunately that’s the risk we take when we go somewhere new.

you got the nail on the head as long as the direct management is strong then I typically don’t care about the other bs that happens everywhere. Good luck wherever you are in the process

Are you one of the Eylea reps who didn’t work, same as the lucentis reps you crushed before that? It’s not one person here. It’s the top down. It’s the medical, sales, marketing. It’s a lack of integrity. The launch of beovu has changed our market. You can’t claim credit for things but avoid blame. Someone knew.
