Plus I was just told about a "share the wealth" campaign that is going to take a percentage of sales commission based on their list of clients and the demand that list puts on the helpdesk. SON. Keep up the shitty sales practice of hit it and quit it, I need some of your money.

If this were true we wouldn't spend half our day dealing with clients for your short comings. My department is sick of it, and once senior leadership announce this new plan I bet you will start tending to your clients a little better. Best way to improve the quest experience is to make sure sales is doing their jobs. How do we do that? Take a chunk of your commission.

I avoid having to deal with IT at all costs. IT is a total cluster fuck and our customers know this to be true as well. If I had a penny for everytime I had a complaint from a customer about IT I could have retired young. You should get out in the field with someone in sales and hear it for yourself. Get back to trying to look busy while watching the clock.
 






At the rate things are going, there will be no need for additional layoffs by Sept. 1st with the way IT folk are quitting the company and moving to greener pastures. It looks like that director's remarks last month were taken seriously and people are running for the exits as fast as they can.
 
















































I can't wait for clueless sales reps to try and explain to clients why they can't get results electronically and why does it take 2 years to build an interface. Oh and good luck with installing LW. Lmao

I'm not in sales but I have had a lot of dealings with IT over the past several years. I do appreciate all the hard work you have done. I am deeply sorry for those that are losing their jobs. I, for one, will truly miss having someone around to help when things go bad. I wish you the best now and in the future.
