Iroko is Starting to Quickly Crumble

This happened to me once before. I bet they are going to merge us with another company. They just did the sales force realignment to put us in the right positions. At my old company reps got fired if there was overlap. That's why last week the guy wrote on this thread that he has a vested interest in the company. He also wanted to know why the jobs were not posted if a rep left the company. They need to have all the positions filled. I bet it is also the reason they gave us a bump in salary and why we don't have a minimum number of calls. I bet to get a payout they have to have a minimum number of reps. All starting to make sense. We are being used as pawns.

The world at Iroko will soon be changing for the reps and not for the better. The business is unsustainable because it is burning more cash then it is making. Right now the rep job is pretty cushy. But when the new company takes over, and there will be a new company taking over, your job will get much tougher. Do yourself a favor and protect your career and your families and focus on getting a new job at a good and stable company.

Word is investors are not happy how things are going. LV has been here 1 1/2 years and CES 1 year and they have not been successful despite promising to turn company around. Batten down the hatches. A major storm may be blowing through Iroko and leaves may be falling....

All indicators show major storm will be blowing through Iroko in December. Key positions starting to leave in late November and in December with greatest impact hitting after retention bonus milestone is reached. This will be by far the biggest storm to hit the company. Still has a chance to survive if CES is shown the door.

News flash..... Indicators show LV had a recent epiphany and is realizing CES is a major contributor to Iroko's woes. Good chance she will be caught in the big storm starting to blow in from the mid-west. Be on the lookout for sudden and significant changes.

Does this mean we will not be having a Manager's Meeting during the 60th anniversary of the Monterey Jazz Festival next year?

I don't work at Iroko, but I have a vested interest in their success. I've tried to stave off unverified rumblings of further decline in business and profitability. I stumbled upon this website and thread by accident. Reading about executive and board member resignations (which board member?), general discontent from employees, and a complete lack of confidence in leadership... is all very disappointing. Is it really just a matter of time, or can this be turned around? Thx for any insight.

You should ask LOU. I think one of the Kew guys resigned.

The corporate website is out of date. The CMO left in September and he is still on the website. The head of Commercial also resigned. LOU fired the person responsible for keeping the corporate website up to date so none of it is accurate. The drugs in the pipeline slide will never be developed. They are there as a window dressing. LOU did a nice job destroying the company in 18 months. Between his ADD and epiphanies the guy is like a bull in a china shop. You may want to reconsider doing business here. It is built out of a house of cards.

I'd love to CES ushered out of here. She has done nothing since she joined Iroko in 2015. Who would be replacing her - internal or external?
