Iroko is Starting to Quickly Crumble

This just in..... another senior vice president just resigned. That's 2 SVPs and a member of the Board of Directors resigning in the past month. What do they know that we don't know? Even the executives are starting to jump off this sinking ship....
 






























What do they know??? Nothing you don't. No future. All the good people have left. It's a stain on your resume. If you have a choice, you leave. That's it.

I'm still at the home office, but a lot of good people were pushed out of the company last month. Those of us that are left are going to stick around for our bonuses (maybe) and then the entire company will implode because it will not have the manpower to survive. It was a horrible decision by LV to let all of those good people go.
 






























Do you think we will even get the December bonus that was promised to us?

A promise is a promise.... But if it is not in writing it is non-binding. I was promised equity in Iroko, which never happened. I guess we will have to wait until December.

The reality is, this company is not doing well and is not sustainable because of poor leadership. Clarissa can pay off people for only so long until they realize they have to leave to protect their career and families. Now is the time to leave.

Retention bonus is not binding as we never received any literature to acknowledge or sign off on it. As far as I'm concerned, its imaginary. And after taxes, it's peanuts.

Reps are not motivated. Managers are looking for their next gig. We have not heard a peep from CES but Houston we will be fun though.

My manager told me Lou fired too many people from the home office and now he has to hire some back because there a too few people to do the work.
 






I don't think Lou knows a lot about how to run a business. He fired all but one person in marketing and all of sales training, but he hired new sales reps. Don't you need new marketing information to give to the new reps and train them on the new information?
 






Just did a search on Clarissa. Found several posts from 2011 when she was at Shire. Same sh-t different day. We are doomed for failure. Iroko will never be successful. She has no idea what she is doing as it shows with this meeting.

Clearly her reputation precedes her. She is doing the exact same sh-t as she did at Shire. She is incompetent and we are sinking fast. You can't possibly think she is doing a good job. She is the worst I've seen!

You just can't lay all this garbage at one person's feet. Plenty of blame to go around.
