Once Managed Care adds a step edit that requires patients to fail on Lupin's diclofenac 18 or 35 mg we are done. I bet Lupin will also have lower doses of our other meds and managed care will do the same thing, Time to get your affairs in order. This company will be dead soon.

well, Lupin will sometimes get approval for generic drugs and then just sit on it until the day comes where they can sell the generic. They will sit on it for years if needed. Not to mention, iroko can fight it in the courts if there is some type of infringement. Just hang tight.

The funniest response...Iroko can fight it in the court system.

Iroko has NO MONEY to pay the HQ employees (lawyers were part of HQ) and thus had to let everyone go at HQ!

Fight Lupin in the court system? Iroko has no money for that.

This is KARMA for all the reps/employees that were let go while Iroko management was vacationing in Monterey CA over the Summer.
 






The saddest part is this wasn't a surprise, it's been in the works for a long time. It was only a surprise to us. It's a fine line between omission and lying. Wake up people, in the end the top echelon will be fine and leave us to scramble. We are only pawns in this game. GAME OVER!
