You HAD the best commercial employees in the business and could have retained most of them with one simple move. But I couldn’t agree with you all more. IOVA was one of the most unethical and culturally morose places I’ve had the displeasure of working for, ever. I’m so lucky to have escaped of my own volition. People are miserable there, and they lie and treat colleagues like surfs. That place is full of backstabbing idiots. HR is a sham and VL is an instigating bubblehead who should NEVER have access or control over employees’ information.

I truly hope anyone considering an IOVA offer does their homework, and reads this board.

You are 100% correct. The head of commercial is one of the worst leaders in history. He ran off everyone good employee that has talent. Endless PowerPoints and fire drills with no strategy. AB had only survived because she agrees with his every move— which have all been bad.
