Were you ever a rep or just never had to drive more than a few miles?
Also we have to pay $125/month to drive what we are told to drive. If too cheap to do car allowance, give us opportunity to pay an extra $100 or so for something better.
I agree, outside of pay, manager quality, and quality of the drug I promote I can't think of anything that effects my day to day quality of life more than the vehicle I spend 40+ hours a week in.
Many specialty companies have great offerings these days. Even the ones cheaping out, most offer the reps the ability to pay for upgrades now.
