This company is Forest labs all over. I know of one who didn’t even have to interview at all. Just got a call from hiring manager with an offer (I knew of people interviewing for the same position). I bailed once I found out hiring manager and took a look at results of drug. Forest Leadership = forest bonus = shitty. At goal it’ll be under 10k a qtr mark my word. As for 140k keep dreaming. Maybe 115-120k if lucky

Hate to say it but psychiatry is the equivalent of primary care these days. Long gone are the days of being specialist. Get your samples and drop a ton off and grab those signatures. metrics will be 80 % sample ratio to your 10 calls per day. Again it’s forest leadership all over. I would run far far away Company won’t be around in a few years
