Intra-Cellular

Truth be told it’s nothing against the company IC. Pharma is a one giant recycled land fill of pharma trash. Every time time there is a new company hiring a new sales force all the recycled trash lines up to get these jobs. Makes it all quite pointless. Yea new company with new drug but the same recycled trash working there. It’s a vicious cycle.
Reps competing for these jobs vary from the trash to best that are unfortunately out of work. What is sad is that the managers hired truly are recycled trash. Michigan and North Carolina managers are just two of the best examples. I am now at ITCI and think I may have one of the few managers that is not a douche.... yet...

Man. These posts are brutal. We haven't even launched yet and all this doom and gloom. Give it a chance people.
It’s hard to give it a chance. It’s divided out... leadership is mainly forest, although no to bad but bad enough to where in a year n half you’ll be looking for new gig. 2. Forest leadership again, J D is a nightmare! Anyone working under him or who know of the rep , please warn.. multiple threads from different companies will validate the issues and problems. Get RID of Deegan
3. Actual results from the launch. Hope it goes well

Because of the strong posting activity on this thread, we've created a separate discussion board for Intra-Cellular. This thread is being moved to the new board. However, we strongly encourage you to start new message threads within the Intra-Cellular board, rather than continuing to post just on this one thread. Creating new threads for different subjects on the board will make more usable for everyone.

I had phone screen last week then moved to the next step which is a written questionnaire that gets passed to the hiring manager. new reivew date is Dec 27 and they WILL NOT hire anyone without approval! No contingent offers or anything so have to sit and wait. Start will be first part of new year upon approval.

Salary 120-140k based on physch/CNS experience
40k bonus
company car, no allowance

I got 155k base. Definitely negotiable. Was at 143k prior to coming here.

Oh yea, well i got $318K, 7 weeks pto, a required DM reach around on all field days, plus all the free ice cream in the cafeteria i can eat!!

I don't have any psych experience per se', but ive been seeing a psych since 4th grade and I've got a raging case of PBA so top that bitches!

What is the deal with this Jamie Hedges guy? I want to know before accepting an offer. Is he really that bad to work for or just one person posting tons of nasty things because they didn’t get along?
You’re the idiot. Go read the Sunovion board. He had several posts removed but plenty there over past years to see what kind of manager he really is. He’s a tyrant. Everyone is happy he left.

15+ years in psych. I accepted the offer and am super excited to give it a go. Sure there are some major risks, but if Caplyta can get the Bp depression indication I think the product has a real shot. If not, the company probably folds or significantly restructures within 2 years. Everyone is in a different place in their career, but for me it’s definitely worth the risk. Good luck everyone.

I’m not saying that you haven’t performed.. but let’s say you got the 145 because of your tenure. Why are you worth more than a consistent p club winner?

So much more to performance than winning a president club. So many factors outside a sales rep control- reporting issues not withstanding- I put very little stock in a president club and much more stock in what the rep is actually doing.
