Schizophrenia experience is surely beneficial but I think the big priority here is deep psych experience. Reps that have been in the space for at least a decade, been successful, have relationships, know access points, and will have a prescriber's attention when they walk in the door with a new med and story to tell. Most reps that best fit this description have passed.
Not sure what I am reading about very high offers, negotiating, etc. 140 has always been top end from everyone I know. For this reason many top reps didn't even apply. Others went through the process with hopes to counter but saw no success in that. I can't blame them, this is a risky move if you are being compensated well at a stable job. For the rest of us, let's hope for the best! I think for many this job makes sense!
im still in the process, although the communication from Rx Sales Pros is absolutely terrible. Can anyone confirm the top salary that can be expected here? Anyone who has received an offer get $140K? Just curious before I push too hard for an interview. Thanks so much!
