If the chosen people continue to disregard the protocols, this will definitely happen in the fall.
Won't help those who already have college degrees and still can't do their job well. I'd rather propose penalties to managers who make stupid mistakes or don't meet reporting deadlines, and give those money out to lower-level employees who actually do all work.memo from HR coming out requiring College Degrees for managers.

NEVER had I witnessed so much chaos, bull5hit & nonsense and open bullying within all employee levels and a management team who if were not involved, just played along. This forum is mostly accurate.

If someone survived in Taro for more than 3 years, means he/she is seasoned bully. Keep them all at Taro. Good companies don't need them.

Hey folks, how about showing some more respect to this company?
Taro is really not that bad place to work- our business is still pretty strong and we have competitive salary levels. I know some of you are having hard time here (looks like mostly in finance) but you still get your paycheck from this company, right? And management let us all work from home part-time which not every company offered during the COVID.
Try to improve your attitude and concentrate on doing the best work you can- at least while you are still here.
