The problem is we have too many managers who have no clue how to do work or find solutions to the issues. They've been sitting here for years doing nothing- just bossing around, taking credit for their employees work and bringing home nice paycheck every 2 weeks.They still haven't figured out that non-management employees shouldn't be in meetings for more than an hour or two per week?
I like how they pretend to be victims of bullying every time someone tells the truth about their uselessness. LMAO!
