They still haven't figured out that non-management employees shouldn't be in meetings for more than an hour or two per week?
The problem is we have too many managers who have no clue how to do work or find solutions to the issues. They've been sitting here for years doing nothing- just bossing around, taking credit for their employees work and bringing home nice paycheck every 2 weeks.
I like how they pretend to be victims of bullying every time someone tells the truth about their uselessness. LMAO!

Bullying is how the companys run. The wicked witch of skyline can't keep staff and its perfectly normal and acceptable to hr cuz we got bullies running hr too!

And then the bullies complain when your productivity goes down.
Sometimes staff-level employees bring more value to the meetings than their managers because they are the ones who actually DO work.
And productivity goes down when dumb managers go to the meetings, make commitments on behalf of the whole team but have no idea How their people are supposed to complete that task. So everybody gets confused and end up not delivering on time.
 












Jobs are not scarce even during a pandemic. I check this board from time to time and shouldn't be surprised that things haven't changed. Why would it? Still got the same people running the show. To the good peeps- leave just leave. Nothing will change and most companies are run differently. The BS that you go through because of toxic employees would not be tolerated anywhere else. Life after Taro is good.

This is true. My manager also has problem explaining what needs to be done and what results are expected from us. I'd rather be in a meeting myself to get a clear picture of what's going on.
