My understanding is that the DM's have a conference call this Thursday 7/30. Although this is speculation, the realignment announcement will probably be made not too long after that.

Stop being such a big bunch of vaginas. Volatility is expected in this industry, especially at Valeant. Always be prepared to face the Valeant chainsaw, and always have plan B...

Mgmt handled this situation miserable and there should have been at least communication to middle management at some point...but for fucks sakes stop being surprised this happened. This is unfortunate and I wish everyone the best.

I just heard they got rid of Angie. She was an excellent trainer, taught me everything about NSAIDs and surgery. She was tough but I respected her. Angie if you are reading this, just know that you made a difference. Good luck to you and know your skill set will be a reward for the next company that picks you up. I can't believe there is a vacancy in training at this point. Nice forethought leadership!!!!!
