That's part of the problem manager. Which bottom feeders are you referring to? Last year, year before, or this year? Everyone at top last year, now at bottom and vice versa.
 






Manager here. This is way too general. Each district will be treated individually. It's like any other re-org you've been through or have heard about. Things change, people adapt. Never heard anything about top performers or high salary reps targeted. That's BS. If you're a bottom feeder, I'd be concerned. Bottom feeders always should be concerned though. Manager or not, that info is at least honest. His or her presentation could be better but stop being such whiners. Accept facts. Would you rather the same information stated in a more flowery way?
 
























I'm starting this thread to collect what has been heard or confirmed for those of us trying to have better understanding.
Here is what I know: some managers will be let go and districts will be bigger, metropolitan areas with 4+ reps will see some cuts, only full districts really need to worry. Change will likely happen soon hence the reason we have no samples and our sample audits are happening now. Vesneo isn't coming until at least April of next year and it will probably result in hiring. If you are displaced you may have a place in another division of Valeant until the Vesneo launch then you may have the opportunity to go back to eye care.

Rumors: Prolensa and Lotemax will be put together. Makes sense, mirrors Alcon, they are now established products so no need for two teams. Whoever is the new Prolensa/Lotemax rep will easily be able to roll out sub-micron loteprednol. Back in the day when it was just B & L and ISTA was a separate company there was a team of anti-infective reps, they had huge territories. There will probably be a team similar to that which will also cover glaucoma. Then once Vesneo is launched they will likely split those territories into smaller ones and hire more people. It makes sense. So what does that mean for you? Since they will likely be combining Prolensa with Lotemax that would cut the sales force into half. Of the leftover reps, most likely some of them will be the new anti-infective/glaucoma reps with huge territories, leading to some cuts of whoever is left over. This will likely be 10-15% cuts. Everyone's territories will probably look different and you will have different products but most will be safe. Just one per metropolitan area really needs to worry. Again all rumor! I'm not a manager just trying to help those seeking answers.

Isn't that 26 cut?: all definite proof that mining of this site is being conducted by paid firms to monitor our market. These are the only tools that want specifics on SF alignment to include in their organization structure section they are paid to place in their monthly reports due to their paying client. Sleazebag lyng paid scumbags. proof.
 






When will we here from upper management? Timelines and expectations would be appreciated. There is currently no information, or samples, which makes it hard to stay focused. This is a huge distraction, even to those of us who are the hardest working. Stress levels are through the roof and motivation and morals are way down. There is no information other than chatter and rumors. RL, can we get some sort of an update? Can we receive an email, have a national conference call, receive some sort of acknowledgement as to what is going on?
There are the complainers and the doers, but even the doers are having a hard time focusing and doing their jobs, we do not have the necessary supplies to distract ourselves from what is going on and hence we dwell on what is going on, this is effecting all of us even your top performers. Some of us just want to work hard and be successful, help us do that. Some of us still believe in this company and want to continue to do so.

hinestly. Are you OP? Or are you the poster that wants all of the specific numbers in the cuts and what size sales force will be left- it's two different animals. One is concerned. The other is concerning.
 






Why would RL communicate with us? He wants us all to leave. Sales numbers suck. He needs vacancies to hit his number he over promised to MP. RL and MP only care about the stock holders not employees.
