Watch. Several will leave soon. New territories suck. The extra $6k in annual target bonus means nothing. It is only $500 per month. We are not that stupid and it doesn't motivate us. Goals are too high and nobody making $.

Seriously? WTF. Ok very gently remove your head from your ass. Yes they raised your POTENTIAL bonus. However they control that because they control goals. You are terribly naive to think they are gonna really let you make more money.
