completely agree with you. The micromanaging here is unbelievable as well. The goals are outrageous. VCare is the only bright spot with Q360.
 








My vacation was denied for Memorial Day Weekend. Apparently we can’t take vacation any time after the launch. This has been a disaster from the beginning. Micromanaging is horrible and the leadership at this place is FiNG clueless.

You just barely got your feet wet and you want to take off this early? Seriously, this is not for you my friend. Find another gig that would fit your lifestyle, but with launches of a new drug like this, this is sooooo common that no one gets to take off to brace for the launch. Bite that bullet or go get your cookies somewhere else. Sad.

This thread is spot on. What a mess this has been from the beginning. Seems like many are looking for better opportunities. Good luck to you all. I feel like we have all been bamboozled.

Starting to receive these condescending emails from the companies that has the Syneos contracts! They will really make you feel like a second class citizen and would really do a do over with these emails! They need training in managing communications especially in their communication skills-emails are receipts and shows a really bad character!
