if the drug is like belsomra run that drug is garbage people will be happy to pay less than 10 dollars for generic ambien and get some actual sleep as that is about the only sleep aid on the market that works. Good luck as its going to be a huge blow as in the lack of efficacy etc>>

layoffs will start in June if not sooner. Them or They do not have to give a Warn act since its contract. ITs day to day for these screw balls who work for a contract company, Here today gone tomorrow. so why are you even concerned one iota you signed up for this garbage!!!!!
 












Yes all signs are pointing to this contract being very short lived. I took this job only because I was downsized at the company I had been with for 10 years. Took a huge pay cut and I’m hoping to be out of here very soon. This has been bad from day one.

I am feeling the same way. What has been bad about it for you to make you want to leave?
 




Not original post but there is so much about this that is disappointing. The leadership is all over the place. Nobody seems to know what the other is doing. This pre launch has been a complete disaster. Have you looked at the goals? Absolutely unattainable. Every single script has to go through vitacare? Good luck making any type of bonus. We’ve all been duped.

My psych docs mentioned that patients will kill if their ambien rx are replaced! This will be a hard sell and would never take off anytime soon. Belsomra bombed and this is another that will, so says the docs!

Does Syneos have a non compete clause? I am interviewing for this contract and would like to know if I can go to Merck that has Belsomra and be barred from doing so. Please any info will help.
 




I interviewed for this postion and didnt get it. Yes I wanted it. Maybe it was a blessing in disguise? Seems like nothing but complaints and "this drug sucks" on here. Best of luck all.
 








I came on this site to see if anyone else was feeling the way I am and WOW! It’s unanimous this SUCKS. Took the position because I was downsized and I was hopeful that it would be a good situation. I was wrong. Providers are not excited about third to market. They don’t want to write a controlled substance. People here are really drinking the koolaid if they think this is going to be a hit. Have you seen the goals?
 




So let's see: when are you going on vacation?... Monthly ride alongs,..I can't get an expense report through to save my life...150 targets and that's it...

My biggest mistake was getting into this business 25 years ago. This is my second biggest mistake. Time for me to look in the mirror and ask is this really what you'll be doing for the next year if you're lucky to make it that far?

This place is a complete "Charlie Foxtrot". What a mess.
