Managers were given a total cap base to stay within. Say for example $740,000 divided by 9 reps equals average 82k and change. But if they can take 5k from one Rep with five years experience and offer 77k to them, then twenty year Rep can get 87k. Bottom line it all depends on how many reps within your district have a lot or little experience and they realize that reps WILL talk and the last thing they want is for a rep making 70k to hear that their teammate is making 90k. So if you really got an offer for 90k or more then good for you, you probably deserve it and have earned it based on your experience but please shut your mouth and be respectful!

Everyone is ripping into this person, but I was in the same boat. 95K offer but I had a better offer with another company I accepted. Why is that so hard to believe? 95K is not that much. Why is everyone here spinning out?
 
























Over qualified may scare most of these managers, now it all makes sense.

You hit the nail on the head, where do they get these people from? These managers have NO experience in the sleep space. They are terrified of qualified reps. If Idorsia was aware of the qualified reps being passed over because these managers are intimidated by reps who can make an impact immediatly, all these so called managers would be out the door. They would rather bring reps in that feel they can control, rather than have immediate success with experienced, qualified reps. Unbelievable.

Hey, Idorsia leadership.....wake up...the managers you hired are sabotaging your success before it begins.

Looks like you didnt get the offer. Well neither did I and I was quite qualified, but I assure you each manager chose the person who THEY felt was best for the territory. What youre saying makes no sense and sour grapes. Am I upset I didnt get hired? Sure, but life goes on, and hopefully another position or opportunity will come by me soon.
