Know your company's policy....live in a state where it is legal...have a license with a valid diagnosis if that is in order. Most important...don't get into any accidents in the company car with a detectable level.

Living in a state where its legal isn't going to help. THC is federally prohibited. You'll fail the test. Simple as that.

Waiting for an offer. But I know people who got mid 90s. I also know some who got low 80s. All have experience so not sure what they are basing it on. It seems each manager has a max they can spend on their team and they are giving a high amount to some and low amount to others.

Interviewed one week ago,received verbal offer, yet no paperwork sent yet.

Anyone experienced the same? What's the deal?

For obvious reasons won't be turning in current notice until at least have something on paper.

If these were truly specialty roles, base salaries should be much much higher, like 30-50k higher This is more like entry role $$ with little to no experience pay, but it's something, with so many other pharma companies laying off left & right. When you need it, you need it and don't complain.

I received a 95k offer and turned it down. Idorsia is a career killer unless you need a job. I was fortunate to receive a better offer from another company.
